- Open book poetry quiz (43 marks).
- Finish writing five form poems (4 line poems with ABAB rhyme) on themes about Canada (20 marks).
- Select one to submit for possible display (5 marks). Write this poem in bold lettering accompanied by a visual image of some kind. Write your name on the back. Some of these submissions will be selected for a hallway poster for National Poetry Month.

Wed. Apr. 1, 2015
- Write five form poems (4 line poems with ABAB rhyme) on themes about Canada (20 marks).
- Select one to submit for possible display (5 marks).
- When finished, review pages 117 - 251 of The Poet's Craft textbook in preparation for the open-book poetry test (Thurs. Apr. 2).

Mon. Mar. 30 - Tues. Mar. 31, 2015
- Lab 2 is booked on Monday and Lab 120 is booked on Tuesday for completion of the blogging assignments. Consult examples and instructions on previous posts.

***Paste the link to your blog in the body of the email.
- When finished, review pages 117 - 251 of The Poet's Craft textbook in preparation for the open-book poetry test (Thurs. Apr. 2).

- If you've finished your assignments, try creating a visual poem like the sample below to add to your blog. Use the Visual Poetry website to design your poem.
